In-person or Online comprehensive Hypnotherapy session, offers a safe and supportive space where you can experience the transformative practices of hypnotherapy complemented by sound healing and somatic practices to facilitate meaningful and lasting change. Our integrative approach is designed to help you break free from limiting beliefs, manage stress and enhance overall wellbeing; deepening the essential connection between your mind, body and spirit.

Chakra balance and Emotional Release

In-person Chakra balance and Emotional Release session, offers a safe and supportive space where you can experience the transformative practices of hypnotherapy and sound healing with tuning forks. The frequencies are based upon the tones utilised by Jonathan Goldman and are designed to be a simple but powerful tool to balance our chakras. This session beautifully combines Sound healing with our Chakra Balancing and Emotional Release hypnosis, for a deeply enriching experience. 

Sound Healing

In-person Sound Healing provides a safe and supportive space where you can experience the transformative practice of sound therapy. These sessions are designed to gently guide your body and mind into deep relaxation. The vibrations and frequencies help to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and promote balance. Many people describe the experience as calming, grounding, and restorative - an opportunity to pause, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind and promote positive change. Unlike stage hypnosis, Hypnotherapy is evidence-informed, safe, and used to address a wide range of psychological, emotional, and behavioural issues.


Sound Healing uses specific frequencies, instruments (like singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks), and vocal tones to balance energy, reduce stress, and promote emotional wellbeing.


No. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation, not unconsciousness. You remain aware and in control throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your will.


The number of sessions depends on the issue, your goals, and how you respond to the therapy. Some concerns may improve within 1–3 sessions, while deeper or more complex issues may require a longer therapeutic process.

24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Being a small business this allows us time to fill the session space and provide services to our other clients.
